Ultrafan Roof Ventilator (UF7)

Runs off a 24v transformer plugged into mains. Roof vent can be thermostatically controlled to turn on and off at a nominated temperature.

Installation
Easy Handy man, no licence required. Roof ventilators can be fitted to both tile and metal roof. Can be ducted if required using 200mm ducting
